Q. How should I register?
A. If you are a Vendor such as a Notary, Signing Agent, Abstractor, Home Inspector, etc... in search of work offered in your area, you will need to register as a Vendor. This will allow you to be notified of projects that Companies post in your "Specified Radius of Operation". If you are a Company who wishes to provide work to the many different types of Vendors on the MyVendorsOnline site, you will need to register as a Company. Companies would include: Title Companies, Mortgage Companies, Lenders, and Signing Agencies. |

Q. What is the Vendor Bidding System?
A. The Vendor Bidding System is myvendorsonline.com’s innovative approach to vendor management. It is a system that was devised with the vendor in mind. No longer will you have to search for title companies who will utilize your services only to find out they have a specific set of vendors that they normally work with. Our Vendor Bidding System evens the playing field by allowing our vendors to compete for work in their area. Companies place offers on our site and the vendor will then be given a chance to win the offer by bidding. A few factors will come into play. First the vendor’s ability to accept the offer, second their rating which is another system that is maintained by myvendorsonline.com, and last but definitely not least – Price. |

Q. How do the vendors bid for work?
A. Vendors have the option to place bids by email or through the website:

Email: Vendors will receive an email for each project they are eligible for. The email will guide you on how to place your bid using the email system.

Q. How do the vendors respond to the offers for work?
A. The vendors will provide myvendorsonline.com with all of their contact information. myvendorsonline.com will send an email to all the vendors in the contractual area. It is the vendors’ responsibility to respond with a bid. In many cases, if the vendor prefers, myvendorsonline.com will send a text message to their cell phones (check with your carrier for applicable fees). Once the vendor receives this text it is once again their responsibility to respond to the bid via email (or web). |

Q. What is Property Information?
A. Property Information is information that pertains to a specific Owner/Borrowers location. |

 |
Q. What is Project Information?
A. Project Information relates to where the actual project will take place. In many instances this information is equivalent to the Property Information. In other instances, Project Information may differ from Property Information. An example of when this may differ would be a real estate closing in a location other than the borrower's actual property.
Project Information is also the basis for the Vendor radius search. For example, if a Vendor lives in New York, NY and has a specified "Radius of Operation" of 50 miles, they will receive the opportunity to bid on all projects that fall within that 50 mile radius. |

 |
Q. Why should I specify a Radius of Operation?
A. Vendors should specify a radius of operation to let the companies who post projects know how far they are willing to travel? If a Vendor does not specify how many miles they are willing to travel they will only be invited to bid on projects in their zip code. For example: Company A posts a project in a city 20 miles from Vendor B's zip code. Vendor B only specified they would travel 15 miles to complete work. Vendor B will not have the opportunity to bid on this particular project. If Vendor B had specified that they would travel 20 or more miles, they would have had the opportunity to bid on Company A's project. |

Q. Why can't I see posted projects?
A. MyVendorsOnline.com is a B2B website which deals directly with Companies offering projects to Vendors. In order to keep this site free of clutter, MyVendorsOnline.com only displays projects which you are invited to bid on. For example: If a Company is posting projects in California and you are a Vendor completing work only in New York, you will not see these projects being offered. You will however have the opportunity to bid on all the projects posted which fall within your specified radius of operation (distance you are willing to travel). |

 |
Q. Why did I receive a project with the word "test" in it?
A. MyVendorsOnline.com tests our website on a regular basis to ensure that all systems work correctly. This means that it is very likely that Vendors may receive an invitation to bid on projects with the word "test" in the project name. If you happen to receive a project where the project name mentions the word test, please disregard. |
